Fantastic reunion with the ultrafast-laser-processing world community – PULMM 2025

In June 29 2025 we had a blast, attending PULMM 2025, the international workshop on Progress in Ultrafast Laser Modifications of Materials, and which took place at the beautiful village of Villars-sur-Ollon, in Switzerland.

Prof. Ródenas delivered an Invited Talk on the first day of the conference entitled “All-inside-crystal 3D laser nanofabrication of μ-discs and μ-lenses”, authored by Franzette Paz-Buclatin, Urma González Tombolato, Leopoldo Martín and Airán Ródenas Seguí.

Around 70 people from all the continents gathered to discuss the latest advancements in the field of femtosecond (and more!) pulse laser micro- and nano-processing of materials, both for fundamental and applied science.

Thank you so much to the PULMM Organizing committee:

Prof. Jeff Squier, Colorado School of Mines, USA

Prof. Ya Cheng, SIOM, China

Prof. Lionel Canioni, Univ. of Bordeaux, France

Prof. Michael Withford, Macquarie University, Australia,

Prof. Shigeki Matsuo, Shibaura University of Technology, Japan
